Who decides what graphics and colors to use on the website?
This is strictly up to the client. We will assist in this endeavor and if the client wants, we will take care of the entire process.

What will my page cost me?
You may be thinking "My sister's friend's son built his own website, I'll have him do mine for a couple hundred dollars at most." Unfortunately, you will probably get what you pay for. Our prices normally include redesigning or designing your website, scanning in new product images and retouching them, as well as creating all the graphics for a new layout.

You can find cheap web designers, but you'll have problems with pages, sloppy coding which will slow page load times, pages that won't work in one browser or another, and an inconsistent, often amateurish look.

Creating a professional site is not a simple endeavor, and not just anyone can make a site compelling enough for that person to give you a phone call, or order a product. Your web site should be as unique as you or your business. All of Sonny Web Media web services are charged on Flat fee (1/2 down payment to start) and the balance due upon completion of the website. This gives you the flexibility you need to get the site you want, while keeping the final price closely in line with many of the "cookie-cutter" packages offered by other web site designers. Flat or discount rates can be discussed on a per-project basis.

When would my site be completed?
A typical web site takes anywhere from a few days to a few months to complete depending on your timeline, and the rate of information exchange between the designer and you.

The timeline is dependent on any number of other factors, including complexity of design, if you already have an idea chosen, or if you would like us to mock up designs for you. During the interview process, we'll decide on a timeline for your site, and determine when each stage should be completed. One of the most important pieces is constant communication. The faster you give us your feedback, the faster your site will be completed.

Where do we meet to get started?
Wherever it is convenient for you. If you are local to the Los Angeles or Orange County Ca. area, we can come to you. We will set up a free consultation session where we will help you decide if a web site designed by Sonny Web Media will benefit you. If you're outside of Los Angeles or Orange County we can develop a site without ever meeting in person, through phone, the Internet, and e-mail. We'll post a pre-production of the designs and sketches on the Internet for you to review and approve.

What if I want to add to the website later?
As our client, we consider ourselves a member of your team! In the quote we provide you our costs for work to be performed after the website is published and running on the Internet. Also, this type of work takes precedence over new websites being developed.
