Product Description:
I have web developed and programmed this Dynamic Employee Directory to make it easy and useful for your company needs. Let's look at the advantages of a dynamic employee directory compared to static employee directory. In summary, dynamic development allows you to:

· Develop fewer pages
· Automate content updates
· Future-proof your site

Serving up pages and information dynamically, the number of pages can be dramatically reduced.

A static employee directory has one page that lists all the employees and a detail page for each individual employee. Not only does the main directory need to be updated when a new employee is added, but each employee also requires his or her own detail page.

Furthermore, a web designer must update the page. Now imagine a dynamic employee directory. I have developed three pages to make the employee easy to use.

One page lists all employees, second page describes details about each employee, and a third page allows users, like for example the HR team, can add, update, remove, and insert employee photos to the database (via browser-based admin module).

I developed it to make it a simple install to your web server all you would need is an application server and a database that connects to your intranet. And change your database connection and your up and going.

By moving from static to dynamic, site content can be maintained more easily. Dynamic sites also help ensure that the most accurate, timely information is available to those who need it.

Continuing with the employee directory for example, when you work with a static employee directory and a new person starts at your company, it may take a while for human resources to provide you with that employee's personal information. Once you get it, you need to update the main directory listing (using HTML) and create a detail page that has all the employee's information. Then, you need to link the main directory to the new employee's detail page and FTP.

While you are working, users of the directory may want to call the new employee but can't because they are waiting for you to update the directory and/or push the page live. The directory isn't as fresh as it could be, and people are frustrated because they have to wait for content.

If you had a dynamic site, new information can be available immediately (no need for waiting). As soon as the new employee's information was available, the HR team could enter data into the directory via a browser-based admin module (which I have developed to make it no HTML required). This situation empowers the HR team to keep the directory current and frees the web designer to work on more challenging projects.

My employee Directory Dynamic sites help you make your website future proof as change happens, the site doesn't need maintenance or additional work from web designers to keep current.
